JOSEPH KELLEY

Joseph has been a contractor and construction manager who built the highest quality architecturally designed custom houses in the Hamptons for the past 40 years, which vary in style from classic to ultra modern. Several houses he has built have been showcased in books, magazines and featured across various forms of digital and social media. He is now focusing his efforts on providing the highest level of skill and attention to property management and construction along with his daughter-in-law, Missy.  

Missy graduated university in 2002 and began renovating and flipping homes while at the same time was involved in the acquisition, operations and renovations of three hotels with restaurants and taverns.  Missy later went on to become the Operations Excellence Manager and Beverage Director for the international churrasqueira restaurant company, Fogo de Chao.  She is a Level 1 Sommelier and has been featured in Wine Spectator Magazine.  After Fogo, she went on to be the beverage advisor for the American Airlines Clubs, Chili's, Maggiano's and House of Blues nationwide.  Missy brings her keen eye to detail and expertise to the management and operations of On Site.
